SEAWALLS
The construction of a seawall begins with jetting the vinyl into the lake bed,
encasing the customer's property. Earth anchors are then installed, securing the wall to
prevent it from ever tipping forward. The seawall is then backfilled with a material of the client's
choice and a plastic or wood cap is installed along the top edge. Riprap, which is stone or rock, is placed
at the base of the wall at the water's edge. Rip rap is usually required by the MDEQ.

DOCKS
Docks can be constructed of wood and aluminum, completely of aluminum, plastic, or other
materials. The docks have no protruding nails or screws. All docks are universal, so they can attach back to front
and front to back, etc., for a variety of configurations that fits the customers needs.

SEASONAL
Seawalls & Docks by Dean, LLC can help you prepare for the season by installing or removing
your dock, boat lift, or other water equipment. We can also help prepare your 2 stroke, 4 stroke, I/O, or inboard
engine for the winter. The winterization process varies from engine to engine, but all
require a good cleaning and covering with shrink wrap.
